Wholesale Account Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved businesses and organizations that meet Seller’s wholesale requirements.
Buyer may be required to provide business information, resale documentation, tax-exemption documentation, or other information requested by Seller.
Buyer agrees to keep all account information accurate and current.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices are provided to approved Buyers and are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Wholesale prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, duties, or other charges.
- Prices apply only to the quantities and products specified in the applicable order.
- Promotional, discounted, or special-order pricing may be subject to separate terms.
- Seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise approved in writing, payment is due in full before shipment.
Approved credit accounts may receive payment terms of Net [30] or other terms specified in writing by Seller.
Seller may suspend or terminate credit privileges if payments are late or if Buyer’s account becomes delinquent.
Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee of [1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is less].
Buyer is responsible for reasonable costs associated with collection of overdue amounts to the extent permitted by law.
Taxes
Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise, or other taxes unless Seller has received valid documentation establishing an applicable exemption.
Buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable tax and resale requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
Inspection of Goods
Buyer must inspect products promptly after delivery.
Any claim for shortages, incorrect products, visible damage, or other shipping-related issues should be reported to Seller within 5 business days of delivery.
Failure to report an issue within the applicable period may be considered acceptance of the products, except where prohibited by law.
Returns and Cancellations
Wholesale sales are final / subject to the return policy below.
Returns require prior written authorization from Seller.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Custom, personalized, clearance, discontinued, or special-order products are non-returnable.
- Approved returns must be received within 30 days.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of 5% may apply to authorized returns.
Orders may be canceled only with Seller’s written approval. Orders that have already shipped, entered production, or been specially ordered may not be canceled.
